Reception: 6:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Annual General Meeting: 6:30p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Please RSVP by Wednesday, September 8th. Please email or phone the name of your business and number attending. Annual General Meetings (AGM): The Annual General Meeting of the BRZ members takes place once a year to address the legal and procedural requirements of the Business Association. The AGM is required by the City of Edmonton policy as a way to ensure the BRZ membership has an opportunity to democratically influence the operation of their BRZ through the annual election of Board Members, to ensure the membership is aware of major changes to the budget, proposed expenditures, and has an opportunity to provide feedback to the Board on various proposals.
